The Friends of May program offers support for older adults at AIDS Vancouver. Volunteers are matched with a senior with whom they can socialize and provide support with simple, day-to-day tasks.Friends of May is named after one of AIDS Vancouver’s longest standing volunteers, May McQueen. May volunteered with AIDS Vancouver for over 20 years and we are pleased to honour her contributions to our communities through the name of this program.
