Manager, YWCA Employment Centre
The management responsibility for the overall operation of the Employment Ontario Program at 2425 Eglinton Avenue. East. This responsibility includes the development, planning, marketing, and implementation of these programs in accordance with the Mission of YWCA Toronto and the needs of the participants. This middle management position is responsible for contributing to the overall management of the Association.
Employment/Outreach Counsellor (Contract)
The Employment/Outreach Counsellor for JUMP Scarborough Settlement Program – Labour Market Access is responsible for marketing and co-ordinating the overall outreach for the program and shares responsibility for intake and offering vocational, pre-employment and employment workshops as well as the group sessions.
