Recreation Therapy Facilitator DSCP-U23-55

Reporting to the Supervisor of Community Support Services, the Recreation Therapy Facilitator provides recreation opportunities for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Working across multiple programs and sites, including the Fee for Service – Discovery Club program and SOAR, the Recreation Therapy Facilitator facilitates recreation therapy programming, supports individuals in the reduction of depression, stress, and anxiety and other mental or physical illness.

Program Counsellor DSCP-U23-56

This position may be redeployed to Springboard’s Developmental Services Residences, should the need arise. Travel to other locations due to programming is required. Programming is offered virtually and in person. Program Counsellor position works within the SOAR program facilitating groups, providing life skills instruction for groups of up to 12 and assisting individuals to develop and achieve their goals. SOAR is a Vocational and Life Skills day program.

What’s Up Walk-In Counsellor

This position is responsible for providing brief counselling for individuals and families.
