On February 29, join us for a free webinar to learn how to break down barriers through knowledge exchange.

In this session, you will learn about the REAL Xchange and the Knowledge Transfer and Translation Hub, a platform offering free resources for staff in the not-for-profit sector. One of the engagement pillars for the REAL Xchange is the Mentorship Pillar – an initiative that provides an opportunity to help break down barriers through knowledge exchange. Knowledge Transfer through Mentorship, via the REAL Xchange, can connect you with experienced leaders in the sector to learn about best practices and success stories, and access practical tools to accelerate positive change, within yourselves and your organizations.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Learn why mentorship is an effective way to develop skills
  2. Learn how the RealXchange can support the development of service provider personnel
  3. Learn how to participate in the RealXchange Mentorship

American Sign Language (ASL) and Closed Captioning will be provided.
