Paula Allen

Senior Vice-President at TELUS Health (formerly LifeWorks)

Paula Allen is the Global Leader, Research and Total Wellbeing and a Senior Vice-President at TELUS Health (formerly LifeWorks). In this role she manages the research agenda for LifeWorks, which includes primary research, exploratory data science, research collaborations and meta-analyses. Given her focus on industry leading research, Paula also leads LifeWorks’s thought leadership and is co-chair of the organization’s product and innovation strategy.

 

 

Caroline Kealey

Founder, of Results Map®

Caroline Kealey is an internationally recognized expert in change leadership and communications. She is the developer of the Results Map, the most applied strategic communications methodology in the world. Her practice in change leadership and communications includes supporting the Asian Development Bank, the United Nations, the House of Commons and several universities and research institutes. Caroline is the founder and principal of Results Map, and the director of the University of Ottawa’s Strategic Communications and Change Cohort Program.

 

Steve Lurie

Former Executive Director of the Canadian Mental Health Association

Steve Lurie recently retired as the Executive Director of the Canadian Mental Health Association Toronto Branch, a post he held since 1979. Steve has written and lectured extensively on mental health policy issues. He was the principal author of the Graham Report, Building Community Support for People. He recently co-chaired the HQO Quality Standard on Schizophrenia Care in the Community and currently is the co-chair of the Toronto Police Service Mental Health and Addictions Advisory Panel.

Rensia Melles

Founder of Integral Workplace Health

Rensia Melles is a certified Psychological Health and Safety advisor with over 20 years of experience managing and designing international employee support programs for Fortune 500 employers. She is a passionate advocate for creating a difference in the workplace for both employers and employees on the topic of mental health and psychological safety. She has published and presented internationally on a wide range of employee support topics, including leveraging the workplace for health, global trauma support, mental health and employer liability.

Luke Schneider PhD

Clinical Research Associate at PSPNET 

Dr. Luke Schneider is a Registered Psychologist with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology and the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He completed his M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Regina (2013 and 2019, respectively) with a focus on implementing and evaluating Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programs in Canada.
