To receive a certificate of completion for each course, a mark of 70% or higher must be achieved on the final exam.
In this interactive, two-part compliance training e-learning course, employees will gain an understanding of workplace harassment/sexual harassment and violence and how they can receive and contribute to a safe workplace, whether hybrid, virtual or in person.
Part one of this course focuses on understanding the legislation regarding violence and harassment, including sexual harassment in the workplace. Part two teaches employees how to prevent, manage and respond to violence and harassment in the workplace.
The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires Ontario employers to provide all their workers with training on how to ensure physical safety in their workplace. This course meets Ministry of Labour (MOL) requirements and tracks successful completion and understanding of the content. A certificate of completion is provided to each learner so that Employers can provide a record, should the MOL require evidence of this compliance training.
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requires all Ontario employers to train employees on the requirements of the AODA. In this engaging and interactive compliance training eLearning course, participants will:

Donna Marshall is a thought leader, professional speaker, lecturer, curriculum developer, and writer specializing in managing and preventing workplace and school bullying and harassment, ensuring psychological safety, and promoting interpersonal skills training.
Along with Dr. Stephanie Bot, she developed the ground-breaking Harassment Education Advisory Team (HEART) program to manage and prevent harassment in the workplace. The program was presented to the Ontario Ministry of Labour and recommendations made by Dr. Bot and Donna Marshall were implemented into the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA): Violence and Harassment in the Workplace, Bill 132.
Donna has written and facilitated leadership curricula for the Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning and has appeared numerous times on a CBC television affiliate as a specialist in bullying and harassment. Her articles on bullying and harassment in the workplace and in schools are published in HR Professional magazine. She has presented at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Lancaster House, legal and HRPA conferences, Health and Safety forums, and other notable national and international conventions.

Dr. Stephanie Bot is Chief Psychologist at Dr. Bot and Associates, Director of Clinical and Professional Training for the Psychotherapy Program at the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis (TICP), and co-founder of Workright.
