Summary: Strategic Planning may be something your organization does actively, may be brand new to you, or may be somewhere in between. Wherever you are in the continuum, this workshop will give you something you can use immediately! During this session, participants can expect to be actively engaged while hearing about the components of a strategic plan, some tips for facilitating the process and a roadmap of where to begin. If you are curious about developing a plan, if your board or funders have strongly suggested that it’s time for a plan, or if your organization’s existing plan is expiring, this is the workshop for you.
