M2D strives to deliver educational programs, events, mentorship opportunities, and open idea exchange for women around the globe and newcomers in Canada. We encourage Mothers (Baby Boomers and Gen Xers) to share their wisdom with Daughters (Millennials and Gen Zers) through coaching, personal, and business advice. Our intergenerational approach hinges on the principle of legacy building to shape future leaders and create development opportunities for current leaders. We offer our community members the support, tools, and techniques to maintain and build their legacy no matter their ages. We offer tailored programs to support newcomers to help speed up their integration into the workforce. We understand that immigrating to a new country is a big step out of one’s comfort zone. Using the same approach, we encourage and guide them in continuing to do so by building a sustainable local support system.
