The PILSC Helpline is a national peer support line that offers immediate support and assistance to individuals in urgent need. As a volunteer on our helpline, you will provide 1-on-1 emotional support, information, and resources to bereaved individuals through web chat and text messaging, ensuring anonymity and confidentiality.
This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals navigating the complex journey of pregnancy and infant loss. As a Peer Mentor, you will offer 1-on-1 emotional support to bereaved individuals through our online peer mentor program. This program aims to alleviate the isolating experiences often associated with infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss by connecting those in need with empathetic mentors who have walked a similar path.
