Look Good Feel Better helps women facing cancer feel more like themselves.  

As a global organization with programming in over 26 countries, LGFB is proud to support women and teens facing a cancer diagnosis. The heart of the program is a complimentary workshop, offered at more than 110 hospitals and cancer care centres across Canada along with virtual programming- which helps women manage the appearance-related impact of cancer and its treatment.  

For 30 years and serving more than 250,000 women, Look Good Feel Better has been an advocate for self-care and providing psycho-social support to optimize mental health and well being. By also offering a safe and supportive environment facilitated through one of our 1200 community volunteer experts, those undergoing treatment can connect with others going through similar experiences. Through knowledge, empowerment and connectivity- we ensure that those we love are not alone in navigating their cancer diagnosis.
