Summary
The Director of Advancement will provide expertise and personnel to guide fundraising and marketing at VST in order to advance the school's mission and vision. This should be done in three highly interrelated ways: (1) developing VST's community of financial support (thereby increasing the longer-term financial capacity and vitality of the school); (2) guiding and enhancing VSTIs efficiency and effectiveness in communicating and marketing its message and; (3) managing a small department.
