The CEO is responsible to the Board for developing and implementing a refreshed strategic plan as well as implementing policies, values, and standards to ensure attainment of the organizational goals. The position is accountable for the overall operations, financial performance and human resources practices, systems, and procedures, ensuring the operational plans and objectives are aligned with the strategic plans for the delivery of programs and services, revenue generation, and advocacy.
