Position Summary: False Allegations Canada is seeking a motivated and creative Volunteer Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our community through various social media platforms. This role is crucial in amplifying our mission, sharing valuable resources, and fostering a supportive online community for individuals affected by false allegations.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content for False Allegations Canada's social media platforms, including Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, Rumble and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling messages that align with the organization's mission and resonate with the target audience.

Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
- Foster a positive and supportive online community by facilitating conversations, sharing relevant information, and responding to inquiries.

Social Media Strategy:
- Work collaboratively with the communications team to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about social media trends and make recommendations for optimizing our online presence.

Campaign Coordination:
- Coordinate social media campaigns and initiatives to promote awareness, events, and fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader organizational campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of content and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, using data to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Passion for the mission of False Allegations Canada.
- Experience managing social media accounts for non-profits or similar organizations.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Creativity and ability to think strategically about social media engagement.
