Provide confidential, non-judgmental, and anonymous listening support to callers within the Kingston Community.
The Telecare Distress Line of Greater Simcoe provides 24 hour anonymous, non-judgemental and confidential listening services to anyone who needs it. Volunteers receive extensive training and are able to respond to the immediate and changing needs of the callers as well as referring and connecting them to other appropriate community resources if necessary.
