Join our Team and explore this NEW role - Overnight Support Staff provide specialized support to clients struggling with substance use challenges. Our staff have the unique opportunity to work in and learn about a Residential Therapeutic Community modality of treatment - STC is one of only two funded Therapeutic Communities in Ontario. Staff in this role will also work within our Safe Beds program which is a crisis stabilization space, and supporting a harm reduction approach to care.
