The Development Officer, Corporate Partnerships will support the development of Rainbow Railroad’s Corporate Partnership program while helping to achieve strategic objectives and revenue goals for the organization.

We are seeking a full-time contract Program Officer who will elevate our current work and strategy by building and supporting internal processes that builds administrative excellence and sets the team up for success.

This role involves execution of work related to predicting, monitoring, researching, and strategizing crisis response, while simultaneously overseeing a team of talented staff that respond to crisis situations at the front-lines, and pursue in the development and execution of complementary pathways to safety for at-risk LGBTQI+ persons.

Settlement teams are responsible for a variety of tasks in advance of, and after the arrival of the newcomer(s) they support. This can include support related to fundraising, securing housing, government paperwork, researching services, welcoming the newcomer(s), and supporting them through a major transitional process. Teams are not asked to provide any of their own funds, and no resettlement experience is required.
