We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Volunteer Program Assistant, Conductive Education® (CE). Conductive Education® is an educational approach to rehabilitation that helps children with neurological motor disorders. Conductive Education works on the brain to change the body.
The ABA Therapist is a permanent full-time position that works directly with children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families in the provision of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. ABA services includes group and/ or individual sessions in the areas of communication skills, behaviour management/ emotional regulation, social/ interpersonal skills and daily living skills.
A person in the Early Childhood Education Resource Services position is responsible for the overall support and resource to children and their families through specialized knowledge of child development, children’s mental health, early intervention and inclusive practices for children who have a disability. Community Living Mississauga works with a number of childcare providers in Mississauga to provide inclusive childcare experiences for all children.
Qualified candidates must have the skills and knowledge needed to work with an increasingly diverse population as well as knowledge of inequities, how they are perpetuated, and the skills to address them, specific to the requirements of the job. As a member of a team, provide mandated child protection services to children in the care of the Society. Ensures all services are carried out in accordance with the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Ministry of Children, Community and Social Service
The Respite Worker will work in partnership with the families and URS (Urgent Response Services) team to provide time-limited (up to 12 weeks) respite and supports intended to respond rapidly to a specific need for children and youth up to 18 years of age and registered in the OAP (Ontario Autism Program) to prevent further escalation of risk of harm to self, others and/or property.

This Clinical Supervisor, Autism Services is a full-time permanent position that will provide supervision to a team of Intensive Behaviour Therapists and provide ongoing clinical direction, guidance, and support for clients and families based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Our youth programs are developed to inspire and educate kids ages 6-14 about pet care, animal welfare and the environment. This casual position will coordinate with the Regional Humane Educator (RHE) in the designated area to deliver youth programs, which may include: weekend youth events, school holiday workshops, after-school workshops, spring break camps, summer camps and classroom presentations.
Career Connection provides support to connect businesses with employment candidates who have an intellectual disability. The Supervisor role is responsible for the overall operation of Career Connection, working under the guidance of the Community Living Support Manager, Day Supports. This position is responsible for supervising the Career Connection team, ensuring high quality support is being provided. Onsite presence may be required during off-hours, including both evenings and weekends.
