In this role, the Facilitator leads Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada’s virtual support group meetings for the community in Ottawa.
The Volunteer Convenor works with the Support Group Facilitator to run support group meetings, ensuring they run as smoothly as possible by handling all logistical aspects of the meeting.

The Volunteer Coordinator will assist in recruiting new volunteers, maintain a database of volunteer information and skills, match volunteers to opportunities identified by the ED that suit their skills, and keep volunteers informed and engaged. The Member Services Coordinator manages the delivery of member services provided to the UTMSU membership, such as the Health and Dental plan and Universal Transit Pass. They are also responsible for supervising the operations of the UTM Student Centre on a day-to-day basis, and providing in-person support to students who utilize the building.
Reporting to the Manager, Members Services & Communications, the Project Coordinator advances the mission of the CTS and strengthens operations by supporting cross-departmental functions and projects. They perform a variety of tasks in the provision of services to CTS members, including general administrative support for meeting processes and the organization of special events and programs for committees and Clinical Assemblies. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will support with logistics
