To extend a helping hand and an empathetic ear to the homeless community, fostering relationships built on trust and understanding.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Philanthropy (DOP) plays a critical role in achieving Crossroads’ fundraising goals. The DOP is responsible for fundraising results which are achieved through a variety of channels: grants, annual campaigns, planned giving, in memory giving, direct mail, major gifts, major events and third-party events. It is a broad-spectrum position which includes delivering results, budgeting and reporting, and working in diverse capacities.
The Manager, Philanthropy and Alumni Relations will play an important role in helping to raise philanthropic revenues and engage alumni and the wider community in the College’s strategic priorities. Working alongside the Director, Philanthropy, the Manager, Philanthropy and Alumni Relations will build strong relationships with donors, alumni and other stakeholders to implement and enhance activities to increase the Colleges’ donor pipeline.
