The Community Resource Worker works with BQWCHC clients and community members to facilitate access and coordination of the various agencies/providers/services that are involved in the care of clients/community members with unmet health and social needs. The CRW will provide support in the navigation of the health and social services system and development of sustainable strategies for the mitigation of barriers to access to more optimal health and wellbeing in alignment with client goals.

The RRT/or other Regulated Health Professional with Certified Respiratory Educator designation (RHP CRE) is responsible for assessing and delivering clinical services to community-based lung health clients and providing training and support to community-based health care providers for the delivery of best practices and standardized tools and pathways related to COPD and other chronic lung illnesses.

The Information Systems Administrator is responsible for system design, maintenance, security, functionality, and administration of all aspects of our information systems including computer networks, file-sharing infrastructure, electronic client databases, and phone systems. The Administrator is also responsible for system planning and quality improvement including maintenance and response of a Help Desk.
