Summary
CONTACT Community Services is seeking an experienced Housing First Case Manager to deliver intensive case management services to Housing First clients in the South Simcoe catchment area. Working from a Housing First philosophy, the Housing First Case Manager will provide community-based support to individuals who have been experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness.
