As a member of the executive team, you will provide a range of senior-level executive assistance and administrative support to ensure the Trust has the internal capacity to deliver on its mission. You will lead human resource management, support governance as a primary liaison to the Board of Directors, manage the organization’s finances, administration and information technology, and coordinate special projects and initiatives. The position reports directly to the CEO.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Development Coordinator supports the work of the entire Development team. This position will be exposed to all functions within development including signature events, third party event, direct mail, major gifts, and stewardship. The role requires the ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
