Director of Advancement

The Director of Advancement will provide expertise and personnel to guide fundraising and marketing at VST in order to advance the school’s mission and vision. This should be done in three highly interrelated ways: (1) developing VST’s community of financial support (thereby increasing the longer-term financial capacity and vitality of the school); (2) guiding and enhancing VSTIs efficiency and effectiveness in communicating and marketing its message and; (3) managing a small department.

Executive Director – Tatamagouche Centre

The Executive Director will lead the Centre’s operations, administration, and financial stewardship. They will work in alignment with the vision and processes that have been built by co-directors (outgoing), staff team, board and communities central to the Centre over the past several years. Development Coordinator

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Development Coordinator supports the work of the entire Development team. This position will be exposed to all functions within development including signature events, third party event, direct mail, major gifts, and stewardship. The role requires the ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.

Stewardship Coordinator, Campaign

Reporting to the Associate Director, Development, the Stewardship Coordinator, Campaign is responsible for the execution of the stewardship plan for the Capital Campaign. The bulk of the tasks will involve collaborating with the campaign team and ensuring plans are implemented according to the agreed guidelines and timelines.This is a hybrid position that requires travel to Ronald McDonald Houses in Alberta. Some evening and weekend work will be required.

Executive Director

The Executive Director of Beyond 21 is a dynamic and strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization as we forge into our second decade of operations and eventual capital campaign.
