Support Directors are meant to assist committee directors with regular tasks, transition periods, and to support the organization with advocacy, awareness, event promotion, donor solicitation, and decision making.

Administrative Assistant Lead – Prepare Monthly Report – Required donor thank you phone calls – In conjunction with the lead of the Event Planning & Fund Development and the Communications & Marketing Team Leads, develop new annual thank you letters, donor letters, request letters, etc. – Manage all tax receipting – Database management
Major Gifts Lead – Develop and structure a plan for growing major gifts, tribute, bequests – Work closely with DVMS committee – Work closely with the Donor Research & Development Coordinator on connecting company ESGs to our pitch/ask for donations or gifts
