Event Coordinator

The Fundraising Event Coordinator is a collaborative, results-oriented role. The main responsibilities of this position include cultivating relationships with donors and securing philanthropic commitments from individuals, corporations, foundations and government agencies.

Social Media Coordinator (volunteer)

The Social Media Coordinator helps to organizes and publishes posts that are created by our team of Content Producers. The Social Media Coordinator ensures that work is delivered on time and that posts have relevant tags and hashtags. They are also responsible for engaging with our partner organizations by liking, sharing, and commenting on their posts using the Shelter Movers brand voice.

Intake Coordinator (volunteer)

The Intake Coordination team is responsible for gathering all of the necessary information needed to ensure that our moves are as safe and smooth as possible. This involves answering emails and phone calls, and collecting information using provided templates and forms. The Intake Coordinator reports to the Intake Supervisor(s).
