Team Leader: WILL Immploy Employer Engagement Project

WILL Employment Solutions is seeking a talented Team Leader for the WILL Immploy Employer Engagement project. Employment Counsellor/Workplace Coordinator

Responsible for delivering all components of the Youth Job Connection program under the Employment Ontario Job Matching and Placement Services. This includes client service planning and coordination, pre- employment services, job matching, placements and incentives, education, and work transitions support. The position will work with employers who require assistance with recruiting, hiring, and training needs through incentives and supports. The incumbent will also assist job seekers.
