Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partner engagement strategy to attract and retain key partners.
- Identify potential corporate partners and conduct research to assess their alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners through regular communication, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand partner needs and develop customized partnership proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and clear expectations for both parties.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of partnership activities, including joint marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance and measure the impact of collaborations through defined metrics and KPIs.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and corporate partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership activities, outcomes, and future opportunities for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate partnership management, business development, or related roles.
