Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential corporate partners and conduct research to assess their alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners through regular communication, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand partner needs and develop customized partnership proposals.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and clear expectations for both parties.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of partnership activities, including joint marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Monitor partnership performance and measure the impact of collaborations through defined metrics and KPIs.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and corporate partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership activities, outcomes, and future opportunities for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in corporate partnership management, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
