The Government of Canada invites organizations to apply for funding to help empower youth in Canada through volunteer opportunities. The call for proposals is under the Canada Service Corps Program. Successful organizations will receive funding to create, promote, and facilitate access to volunteer opportunities for youth aged 12-30. Through the program, organizations will be able to create flexible or full-time volunteer placements, and micro-grants to enable youth to design, develop, and lead service projects. The Canada Service Corps Program aims to create approximately 36,000 service opportunities for youth.
